Vaginal, Urinary & Sexual Health

Your vaginal and sexual health is intimate, a lot of the time we don’t know what normal is supposed to be or how exactly things are supposed to work. We like to say you don’t know what you don’t know until somebody tells you and that is okay. Coming in, asking questions, and breaking those taboos can lead to a much more confident you.

Your vaginal system and urinary system exist in relationship to each other, your digestive system, how your hormones are working, how your blood sugar is balanced, what your inflammation level is, and overall nervous system function. We go through all of these areas to see what is affecting you and then make a comprehensive plan to have you only think about your genitourinary health when you want to.

Common areas where we support you:

  • Chronic UTIs
  • Overactive bladder
  • Urinary frequency or urgency
  • Vaginal dryness, irritation and pain
  • Vaginal infections; yeast and bacterial vaginosis
  • Vulvar conditions; eczema, acne, lichen sclerosus
  • Vaginal swabs
  • HPV/ PAP testing
