Hormonal Health

Our hormones play a big part in how we feel on a day to day basis and that affects how we show up for ourselves, loved ones and in the workplace. Most of us want happy hormones but aren’t exactly sure what that means. When we look at hormones we’re looking at if you have enough nutrients to make them, if you have the means to break them down and clear them out, if they are being over-stimulated or understimulated and how they are functioning in relation to the other hormones your body makes.

When our hormones are being made in the right amounts we feel better, we sleep better, our energy is stable and our moods don’t fluctuate the same. We can feel more confident in our bodies and we are able to show up as who we want to be.

Periods weren’t meant to be painful, our bodies weren’t meant to be broken out with acne, your mood is not supposed to fluctuate monthly to the point where you can’t feel like you can control it, we’re not supposed to feel exhausted and overwhelmed or anxious and on edge. We work to help you understand why all of this happens and then create a specific roadmap for you to get out of it.
