Direct Insurance Billing for Naturopathic Services
The amount of the appointment fee that your insurance covers depends on the insurance plan you have. If you are unsure or this is something you would like to know – please look at your plan details before the appointment.
Some insurance plans or health care spending accounts cover lab testing (you need to check this through your plan)

(Canada Life, Manulife, etc)
Direct billing is offered to anyone who’s insurance provider uses Telus eClaims. You can view the list of insurers here (link)
SunLife
If SunLife is your insurance provider – direct billing is also available. You need to complete this form (link) and email it to admin@hintonburghealth.com before your appointment for this option.
Blue Cross
Dr. Erin Lush, ND is a registered Blue Cross Insurance provider.
