How We’re Different
- Instead of going to multiple places carrying around your questions, plans and results – have them all in one place in a clinic with a collaborative team
- We don’t push plans, programs, or subscriptions – instead come on your schedule. Each time you leave your appointment, you should feel like you’ve added a layer to your health. If starting or adjusting medication – timely follow ups may be required for care

What started out as a desire to personally feel better has turned into a desire to help others do the same.
Building community is important to us. When we feel better, we show up better. A big part of what we want to do is give back. Which is why we offer community days.

Getting Started
Choose the practitioner that you feel best meets your needs for your initial appointment
During your first visit, they will:
- Listen and ask questions to understand the gaps in your health
- Take a detailed health history and answer all the questions you may have
- Help you decide if lab testing is necessary and find where your baseline is to track progress

Develop a step-by-step plan that fits your current needs
There is an ideal of where you want to be and what will work for you right now
- Plans are tailored to your current life and reality making success more attenable
- Steps are chosen based on your goals and the impact it will have on your health
- Recommendations in terms of lifestyle changes, nutrients added and supplements will help you get there
- Tracking in appointments is used to ensure your priorities are always being addressed
